Hello, The tracking of your package indicates that you received it on December 26 (so no delay error), the proof is that it was the subject of a complaint from you because the package was 'incomplete', you indeed only received 2 products, having ordered a set including 6 products. We always show honesty regarding the acknowledgment of our mistakes, but admitting that we forgot to include more than half of the ordered products when your package weighed 2.6 kg when it left our premises (an Action-Stains set weighs between 2.5 kg and 2.9 kg depending on the gifts distributed, the weight of the box...) is unthinkable. Deliveries by Chronopost are completely whimsical. This contract should be terminated and/or also offer shipments by Colissimo. Except in exceptional cases, the shipments of your products have no urgency. A range of experiences with Chronopost, for HT26 packages: *closed relay point or no longer accepting these packages, while I go check on site the opposite *contradictory information between the tracking on the Internet and the voicemail *saturated call number due to the excessively high number of complaints. Save money by terminating this contract!

I'm not happy as I wasn't sent email notification of order I placed on your website, neither did I receive update of when my products will be delivered. I ordered this products a week ago, still no update on when it will be delivered after paying £26 express delivery charge. Kindly look into this and please deliver my Products as I'm traveling in few days for the Christmas Holiday.

My experience has just been very bad. I ordered a carrot cream from ht24 and the serum. Both with high prices. When I received my package yesterday and opened it, I was surprised that there was only a small Topsy gel exfoliating cream inside, some gloves and a soap as a gift. I made no such request. I hope they give me my money back or tell me how to return this, because it is a shame to pay so much money and have them give you another item. I want to receive what I asked for. I'm disappointed. Give me my money back and take your exfoliator. I don't give them a zero because you can't. after having waited so long.

However, you cannot ask someone incessantly to give an opinion after the day of receipt when they have not even tested the products and therefore have not observed any changes.
