I rated it average because of the 2 times I had an issue. The first time there was an error on one of the ordered products. This time I ordered (purifying sleeping foam) which did not arrive with my order... I called but couldn't reach you. Other than that, I like your products.

I received my entire order. I stay in Canada
However, the two serum bottles, the glycerin bottle, and the shower gel all had a leak and spilled in the box. One of the serum bottles was only half full. The products must be hermetically sealed; I think this is something to improve for better customer service; They are already quite pricy to be so poorly wrapped...because even before my order when I read the comments on your deliveries this was the main reason that came up several times..
