I had to call 10 times for the delivery address to be changed - my request was never taken into account... disappointing

Response from HT26
Hello,
We are sorry but when you reported the error, the package had already been sent.
We obviously reported the modified address to La Poste but they could not do anything.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
The HT26 team

I am really disappointed, I have been using HT26 products for several months, I see no change and my skin is darkening. It's really throwing money away, tired

Disappointed with the packaging which shows great indiscretion. A neutral packaging would be more appropriate.

It is a very good store in terms of variety and quality of products. But the prices are a bit high. They do not offer shipping deals outside of France and shipping costs are very expensive, especially for countries within the European Union.

All the ordered products arrived well, but I had to go to the post office which is about 30 km away to pick up my package. Yes, they missed me at home, but please choose the closest post offices possible. I paid online to be delivered to my home anyway. So, I did not want to travel any distance to get my package or at least the shortest distance possible. Thank you.

Hello, I have received my order, however, it does not correspond to the order I placed on your site. I received 'HT 26 douceur' (white pot) instead of 'HT 26 optimiste' (purple pot). Thank you for taking this error into account so that I can benefit from my desired product. Mba Ovono Maria Leona Best regards.
