I had difficulties accessing the site for several days and my code derived from accumulated points was expiring. I was disappointed!!! After alerting the staff by email, I received a response after several days. Fortunately, I was able to use my code. It's a shame that the codes are not cumulative, as the discount rates are so low, at least everyone has their own business policy. Otherwise, my products always arrive and shipping costs remain considerable but that does not depend on HT26. Beyond these little details, I enjoy discovering different lotions or creams and curiously, they all suit me well.

Terrible customer service! They do not answer the phone. If you also make the mistake of ordering the wrong product on the ht26 site, the return costs are at the customer's expense. I am very disappointed. It's zero stars that they deserve.

Response from HT26
Hello madam, Thank you for sharing your experience with HT26 and we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. However, you had several phone numbers available to you that are available 6 days a week, as well as our email address [email protected]. As soon as we received your email, we responded and began to communicate with you. Please note, madam, that when you order our products, you agree to comply with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, according to which 'in the context of a retraction, the customer must bear the return shipping costs' (article 6). Article 6 also states that the refund only concerns the product, excluding return costs. Our decision was therefore in accordance with our GTC, which you agreed to respect beforehand. If you need to contact us, we are available at 0668918825 or 0140185100. The HT26 team wishes you an excellent day.

I didn't appreciate the delivery service. It's been almost a week and it still hasn't arrived, and when I track the shipment, it shows arrived but since I wasn't there (which is not true), it was redirected to the pickup point 2 hours from my home!!!!!
