Problem with a computer bug while placing the order. Moreover, the people contacted by phone were unable to help me resolve the issue. Otherwise, everything else was very good: short delay, compliance, and condition of the products.

I was not delivered as requested even though I left my number to be contacted. This was not done. I had to go to a pickup point to collect my package. While I was not necessarily available. Satisfaction = average
