Very bad service. It has been 2 weeks since I contacted customer service by email, phone call, and Instagram to ask about the shipping cost of products to China because there is no possibility to order on the site (since customer service informed me that the shipping prices to China are no longer 40 euros but have increased), but no one responds to me. Customer service just keeps making me go in circles. They do not respond to messages and when they do respond, it is to answer something other than what I am asking as a way to pass the time. VERY DISAPPOINTED that a brand like HT26 has such a mediocre customer service.

Hello Madam, For China the only way is to place an order on the site, the carriers in China are not always available, if you finalize your product selection, and if carriers are available, the site will give you the shipping cost that day because the rates can vary due to the unavailability of carriers. Thank you.

Delivery is no longer as fast as before and chronopost does not deliver packages to the home despite choosing the option (so we pay more for nothing) No more samples in the packages, it's such a shame!

Hello madam, Thank you for sharing your opinion. Samples are sometimes out of stock. Although this is rarely the case, we always try to find something else when that happens. If, however, you did not receive any samples, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and will ensure that this does not happen again. Thank you for your understanding. The HT26 team

Exfoliating soap ok whitening milk ok but I did not receive a cleansing milk as a gift, I rather received two tubes of topsygel whitening milk and concentrated moisturizing milk as well as a set of 6 glutathione prescription samples.

Very good product. The complexion gradually lightens and also evens out. However, at the top, we lose a shade. That's why I give 3 stars
