Excellent quality of the product however I regret not having received my package as usual two days later.
However, the seller managed to make up for it by offering me a reward (a product superior to the one ordered).

Three stars because I switched from glutathione lotion to white essence. I have been a loyal customer to HT26 but it seems the glutathione lotion formula has been changed. The color of the lotion is white instead of yellow. The new glutathione lotion just made me darker and attempts to reach ht26 are futile because they do not follow up and don’t seem to communicate in English. I am so upset because I’ve wasted my money having two glutathione lotions I can’t use. I’m truly disappointed as I’ve been a loyal customer for years.

I am very disappointed with the customer service that is unable to resend my order which was returned to them, supposedly the person in charge is absent for a few days. Ht26 is an old company and should be able to resolve these minor issues without delay.

The package was returned to us at our expense and the reshipment to your new address should be at our expense, so it is very wise to understand that this is a decision that must be made by a hierarchical manager following an error on your part.
