Terrible site, impossible to update incomplete order, asking for a gift wrap plus a card, nothing every time I order on the ht26 site I am not at ease and disappointed, I always have to contact customer service. But on the other hand, customer service is top-notch.

The package was delivered to the relay point on Saturday morning, August 13, and I was told that the package would be there at 9 AM, I waited in vain. On the 14th, Chronopost told me at the post office, but I work and the post office closes at 12:30 PM. I had to make a proxy.

I have been using HT26 products for 13 years and I have been buying online for 2 years but this time the experience was not very good. I did not receive any order confirmation message, no communication with customer service and the delivery was made 1 week later. I think you need to improve your website.

Good product but dries out my facial skin a bit.

Response from HT26 Published on 14/09/2022

Hello Madam, The multi-lightening milk should not be applied to the face at all. This is what causes dryness on your face.
