Order received on time, except that the mentioned gifts were not added to the package, not even a sample, I had to call customer service, the gentleman who answered me asked me to send a photo of the package by email and details; which I had to do, except that I never received a response from them.

I really like this range because it goes very gently and hydrates the skin very well when you add the oil to the milk. It gives me a nice light brown complexion. It's especially the shower gel that I love, it really suits me. Thank you HT26

The site design is pretty but the customer service has become very bad. I have repeatedly tried to get my products delivered and all I get is repeated requests to review the service instead of an actual re-delivery. Tracking details were provided but the courier is obviously lying about delivery being successful because none of my neighbours have my order and we regularly receive parcels for each other. I have said this to HT26 in writing and verbally over the telephone. I am not happy at all with this level of service.

Easy navigation on the site.
Misleading gifts offered, however thank you for the samples.
The products from the White essence range are of high quality. My skin is clean, I feel good even though it's been less than a month since I started using it. It is not brightening.

Navigating the site is really easy, you can easily find what you need and sometimes you buy what you didn't know existed thanks to the product description. The delivery is just great and very fast.
My only concern was about customs clearance since Great Britain is no longer part of Europe, but to my great surprise, I paid nothing to receive my package.
Thank you again to the Ht26 team who does their best to satisfy their customers.

Ht26 made me pay a delivery fee of 25€ while they didn't even have the decency to deliver to my home. They sent me a text saying they would deliver during the day around 9 am and 30 minutes later they sent me another message saying they tried to deliver without success while I was at home. I had to walk a lot to pick up my package. And now DHL is sending me a bill for 25fch, I don't understand anything about all this. Why charge me for delivery when they have already cashed 25€? I like their products but I find that this site scams its customers a bit too much.
