I was too frustrated during my last order. I had clearly specified my address for delivery. But you sent it to a pick-up point since I am pregnant, it was too much for me

Response from HT26
Hello Madam, I am sorry for your bad experience. However, I have checked and you had indeed requested a delivery to the following pick-up point: FR2S 50 Boulevard Stalingrad 06300 Nice France. Do not hesitate to check on your account. It’s an automated procedure that we could do nothing about; if you request to be delivered to a pick-up point, we cannot change it afterwards. I am still sorry for your experience, but we do our best for everyone

I am very satisfied with the delivery. I ordered on the 18th and received it on the 21st, for that I congratulate HT26. I was waiting to use the products before giving my opinion. So far I am not very satisfied with the products. But I am still waiting to see. I also received some gifts. Thank you HT26

The cream has been great for me since the first order, but for this second order, the cream I received has a bit of a strange smell. Otherwise, my skin is very smooth.

I am happy with the product purchased, moreover I was pleasantly surprised to receive a gift in addition to my order. Personally, I have placed many orders on other sites, and I have never received a gift. And I really like the gift. Thank you again HT26.

Very long shipping service, no message to inform the customer of the receipt of the package, no tracking, so I do not recommend and disappointed.

Hello, First of all, thank you for asking for my opinion regarding my order. Actually, I did not receive the product I ordered but rather another one instead. I had purchased a shower gel for £27 but upon delivery, I received an aloe vera shower gel that costs £19, which is an £8 difference. After the lockdown, I went to the HT26 shop in Château Rouge to explain to them, as I usually buy my products there, they gave me a customer service number that I called several times without any response. So you owe me £8.
