Searching for products on the site is convenient as well as fast delivery. I also want to highlight an improvement and special care for the packaging of the products that arrive without leaks (thank you Eymath). Hello, I am really disappointed because in the order I made there is a missing product and HT26 does not take the time to explain, and this order was for a little sister of mine. Hello Madam, as you have seen on your package tracking, you ordered on August 22, the Chronopost relay was delivered on August 24 and remained there until August 4. You were normally notified by phone (0766580582) and by email ([email protected]). We cannot do more, it would have been wise to track your order in your customer area or to call us. The product is being returned here, if you wish we can proceed with the refund. Thank you.

Do not hesitate to check on your account. It’s an automated procedure that we could do nothing about; if you request to be delivered to a pick-up point, we cannot change it afterwards.
