Great, I received my order quickly and everything I ordered was there, plus some gifts. I love this brand because it has changed my skin, I have always had spots and pimples and since I started using HT26 products my friends compliment my skin and ask me how I achieved it and I always recommend my HT26 products. A hug, Marisol.

Hello, I am really disappointed because in the order I made there is a missing product and HT26 does not take the time to explain, and this order was for a little sister of mine. I want the missing product because I paid for everything, it is the facial exfoliating sponge that costs 14 euros. Please send me that.

Thieves, package arrives at the relay point for 10 euros but I was never notified of the arrival of the package so it was sent back, to this day although I paid for my product I have neither my oil paid nor refunded nor anything nor even a response to my emails? Disorganized thieves. Mrs. Djenidi Sabrina, I even display my name

Response from HT26 Published on 22/09/2020

Hello Madam, as you have seen on your package tracking, you ordered on August 22, the Chronopost relay was delivered on August 24 and remained there until August 4. You were normally notified by phone (0766580582) and by email ([email protected]). We cannot do more, it would have been wise to track your order in your customer area or to call us. The product is being returned here, if you wish we can proceed with the refund. Thank you.

I was too frustrated during my last order. I had clearly specified my address for delivery. But you sent it to a pick-up point since I am pregnant, it was too much for me

Translated reviews

Response from HT26 Published on 25/09/2020

Hello Madam, I am sorry for your bad experience. However, I have checked and you had indeed requested a delivery to the following pick-up point: FR2S 50 Boulevard Stalingrad 06300 Nice France. Do not hesitate to check on your account. It’s an automated procedure that we could do nothing about; if you request to be delivered to a pick-up point, we cannot change it afterwards. I am still sorry for your experience, but we do our best for everyone
