none, item lost in customs, customer service really aggressive on the phone, not welcoming at all, really minimum service for assistance, moreover I paid the VAT tax twice, with you and then for customs

One star because zero does not pass!
The cream ordered on the HT26 site does not match either the photo on the site or the description. The cream in the photo is the eventone fade cream with alpha hydroxy, the description is that of the brightening cream with arbutin and the one I received following my internet order is the skin success with songyi mushroom!!! In short, total nonsense, disappointed with this order!!!

I like it, even though I find that the quality of the gifts offered does not vary, for a person who places an order every month, receiving the same knitted cap or beanie each time is strange, I would much prefer real care gifts, but top quality of service, nothing to say

Good service in general, packages received on time and shipping quite fast with each order. However, the advisors found online are often hasty and their responses do not satisfy concerns, too bad!
