Hello, Your refund is in progress, because between an international delivery that could not go through due to your address, you were considering whether you should ultimately be delivered in France, so we were waiting for your final decision. Either you modify your international address or you maintain the new national address. Best regards, Eym from the HT26 customer service.

There was a delay in delivery, but the personalized tracking notifications of the package were rewarding.

Hello, I had a very bad experience with HT26 because since 08/06/2023 I placed an order on the site and until now I have not received my order and I have not been refunded. I called HT26 Paris and I spoke to a very unpleasant saleswoman who has no respect for customers as she also spoke badly to my husband. She even hung up on me.

Response from HT26 Published on 19/07/2023

Hello Madam, This message was written by your husband and not you. We spoke to you on the phone, you are very understanding. Your husband knows how he treats all the female staff at HT26 when he calls. Your package was not delivered due to the lack of handling of your street number by our partner. The package left for you and got lost but we refunded you anyway. Thank you
