For now, nothing to say, it's perfect! The delivery is fast and I really like the gifts that come with it, not to mention the catalogs :) . I also took products for my mom and I am waiting for her feedback :) . However, I did not receive my voucher :( HT26 I hope you will read me.

This is my second time making a big purchase on your website, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. When I validated my order online with an additional 36 euros to pay for DHL, I received a confirmation, then the next day I get a second email from HT26 with the purchase of only 1 item. So I had my cousin who lives in France call and explain to the manager the situation, she responded that it was too late because my order was separated and will be sent as is with extra shipping fees. She also sent me an email, talking like she was sorry but she wasn’t going to do anything about the situation as she stated. That was bad customer service, and I doubt that I will make future purchases. Sincerely yours. Ais

The shower gel and the exfoliating soap from ht26 are the elements that never miss in my shower, in short, ht26 and I have a story that dates back a long time

I have been using HT for almost 15 years since my arrival in France until today and I have never changed, it's the only cream that suits me, I have skin allergic to several creams but with HT it's wonderful. I also plan to add foundation, I have never tried it, very satisfied, thank you and good continuation

Order received quite quickly, it's been 3 days since I started using the products from the range. The smell is quite pleasant and it's quite moisturizing, for the brightening side I will come back in a month to complete my review based on the results.

I find the delivery price quite high, with other merchants, a delivery at 9.90€ is Chronopost delivered in 24/48€ the products are already very expensive so plus the delivery frankly it makes you think, especially when you are not sure the product will suit you. Can do better though
