Hello, We thank you for your comment. Shipping costs are €7.80 for France, €18 for the European Union, and €36 for the rest of the world. These costs are waived for purchases over €100 only in France. Best regards

I received the products on time just like usual thank you. I got gifts and I am happy. I love your products, they are really great. But I am so disappointed with the customer service. No help if you have an issue, you send messages that remain unanswered, terrible customer service, if you can improve on that side. Thank you.

Order very poorly packaged with toxic adhesive tape directly stuck on the products, I find this kind of packaging very dangerous for cosmetic products with a free product that I did not receive, fast delivery nonetheless

The order went well except for the delivery. We patiently wait at home and the postman leaves me a notice instead of ringing to deliver the package. I went to pick up my package and this is unacceptable.
