I do not give 5 stars because I encountered issues when receiving the package, it did not match my order.
But I was called back the next day and the person was kind.
As a result, I was able to keep the exfoliating mask and received my white essence soap 4 days later with plenty of small diverse samples that allowed me to discover other products from the brand.

It's been a month since I've been using HT26 products and I admit that I am pleasantly surprised and very happy with the results that were already visible after a week. And thanks also for the little gifts. However, the packaging leaves much to be desired.

Disappointed with my last delivery because the milk leaked in the box. I only had half of the bottle left. I sent an email to report it and I just received an apology response.

I note on my order of more than 2 months. I have a noticeable result on my armpits which were darker compared to the rest of my body as I am of mixed race. The HT26 cream has significantly reduced the spots under my arms. Thank you for sending me a discreet package without external advertising. I recommend HT26

How well received in time the milk very poor quality it does not meet my expectations. It darkened my skin on the face already at the base I have problems with spots on the face that I manage to get rid of, but with this face cream it's worse already that it's satisfaction or refund because I am very very disappointed I stopped using it. If you have any advice to give regarding my face because I have very sensitive skin! And for the gift I did not receive what you described just samples and a hat.

Hello Mrs. Massaratou,
We thank you for your comment.
The multi-lightening milk can be used with a serum to give more active ingredients to the milk.
Moreover, to treat your spots and give you radiance, we have the Preparation range which is effective against spots.
For that, know that you need a complete range to set up a daily skincare routine.
This routine consists of a soap, a scrub, a facial lotion, a body serum, a body milk, a day cream, and a night cream for the face.
By effectively using all these products you should eliminate your spots, which will unify your complexion.
We are at your disposal by email ([email protected]) or at 01 40 18 51 00.
Do not hesitate to contact us for any information.
Regarding your gifts, we offer you travel-sized products corresponding to your purchase and to let you discover our products.
The hats change every week.
Best regards,
Prysca

I order several times a year and unlike other sites, you do not make offers and do not provide discount coupons for your loyal customers. Plus, I order from London.
It would be nice to have discounts from time to time.

Hello Mrs. Adeogun,
We thank you for your comment.
We offer loyalty points to thank you.
These points are earned for every 100 euros spent, and they can then be converted into discount vouchers to be used during a given period on your orders.
Go to your account, then to 'my loyalty points', then to 'convert my loyalty points into discount vouchers'.
Best regards,
Prysca

The only drawback I noticed is that the listed gifts are not always present in the box upon delivery of the order. For example, often out of 3 mentioned gifts, we only find 1 or 2 in the box with the order, often even nothing.

Response from HT26
Hello Mrs. Naminata,
We thank you for your comment.
The travel-sized products are always offered based on your purchase.
Depending on the amount of your order, you always have 1 or 2 travel-sized products.
Additionally, if we are out of stock of hats at the time of your order, we offer you travel-sized products as well as brightening wipes.
