Well-packaged order but the delivery time was not respected. The site claims delivery in 24/48 hours, I received my package in 5 days, which is not too bad but they shouldn't mention a shorter timeframe. Also, the external packaging HT26 exposed the products we bought, privacy is not well preserved. I would have liked to use the products and if visible effectiveness, I would tell those I want about the products I use. Overall, the team is very responsive and friendly.

This is the first time I use the HT26 range and I have been using it day and night for a week now, as recommended. I am really satisfied because I already see the beginning of results, particularly in terms of hydration and spot correction. I think that over time, when the range has fully done its job, my skin will also gain radiance and brightness. Honestly, do not necessarily rely on the negative reviews you can see on TikTok. Fortunately, I did not listen to them! Some people look for extremely quick results and want to radically change their complexion in just two days, while it takes time for the products to work. For my part, I find that the HT26 range is gentle and suitable for my skin. I have fragile skin with many spots, and so far I am really happy with the progress. I prefer to move forward gradually and take care of my skin rather than seeking immediate results at all costs.
