Regarding the navigation of the site, I honestly think it can be improved. The ergonomics and design should be reviewed. They should, I think, highlight the products for sale to enhance them.

The delivery is not secure because the package is left in front of the door without me knowing. Yet I am at home to receive it.

Everything is there! I received my order in just four days, knowing that I live in Martinique! I tested the purifying facial soap during a stay in Paris, and I was extremely surprised by the QUICK action of this product! My very recent spots and some older ones started to fade in just a week. Today I am starting to have a relatively clear face (about 2 weeks after the first use!!!!!! Amazing!). I have therefore decided to order the Action spots kit and other products for comprehensive body care. I know in advance that the results will be significant. I have been looking for miracle products for years and I have found them! Thank you HT26!!

I think you just need to pay a little more attention with the orders. For the first time, I ordered 4 products from topsygel from you on the 22nd of this month, instead of the serum you sent me the HT26 shower gel that I did not order. Since Monday when I received my package, I have been trying to contact you to resolve this problem, until today no response. I would really like you to find a solution for that, thank you for your understanding
