Hello, It could be that the pickup point chosen at the beginning was closed, unavailable or on vacation, that's why it had to be changed.

The navigation on the site needs to be reviewed, quite a few bugs. Living on the island of Reunion, the shipping and delivery were top-notch despite the fact that I did not receive a link by email to track my package. I accessed the tracking directly on the site. The only small downside already submitted before is that the packaging of the products also needs to be reviewed because there are often leaks on certain packagings even if they are often well wrapped.

Experience is not great because you communicate mostly in French and it’s difficult for none French speaker like me. I have to use my school knowledge of French to understand a little bit of communication.

My products arrived well except that my clarifying milks leaked. Why don't you offer delivery by post? With DHL we are forced to pay in addition to shipping fees customs fees which makes it very expensive for us. Thank you for offering postal delivery for customers elsewhere.

I think you should have a postal delivery service because with DHL we still have to pay customs fees which makes delivery too expensive for us. Thank you.

The package was delivered to the relay point on Saturday morning, August 13, and I was told that the package would be there at 9 AM, I waited in vain. On the 14th, Chronopost told me at the post office, but I work and the post office closes at 12:30 PM. I had to make a proxy.

I have been using HT26 products for 13 years and I have been buying online for 2 years but this time the experience was not very good. I did not receive any order confirmation message, no communication with customer service and the delivery was made 1 week later. I think you need to improve your website.

Fast delivery but the products do not suit me, I have fair skin but the products make me darken, I ordered the gluthation range for the 3rd time, the 1st time the range was perfect but the 2nd time I felt like I didn't receive the same products even though I take the complete range and the capsules and the 3rd order from June not great even though recommended by HT26, I used the gold and argan products before and never had any issues
