Hello, Order received, but not the right product! Given the reviews from other comments for the product ordered and received another. I didn't want to call, I had ordered a soap and received a small jar of cream. Nothing to do with what I ordered. Better to go to the store to buy. I do not recommend the internet!

I am disappointed because my order was not delivered in full and is not compliant. One box of relaxer is missing (2 ordered). Customer service unreachable! The delivered hair cream is not the one ordered! And no one informs you of this change!

Hello Madam, We are sorry for this inconvenience regarding the products received. The gifts cannot be the same as we offer the gifts we have available. Between the time of your order and its preparation several other orders are made.

I just used it so I don't have any improvement yet for the moment the positive side for which I gave this rating is because my skin has been super soft since I started using it. To be seen over time. I will come back to comment.

Very poorly designed site. Moreover, it does not respect the condition regarding free delivery from 100 euros. When reporting the malfunction, HT26 absolves itself and accuses you of having made a mistake rather than trying to improve its content.

Product well received but a bit damaged, the packaging method needs to be reviewed and you don't put all the gifts. For example, if you offer 2 gifts, you only put one. Thank you.
