Easy access site, fast delivery and the order in very good condition but I find particularly that the delivery costs more and more expensive.

I think you should update your site with a bit more English, it's hard when you can't read French. Also, I requested English so I expect to get a reply in English, apart from that everything else is fine. Thank you for the fast delivery.

Regarding the navigation of the site, I honestly think it can be improved. The ergonomics and design should be reviewed. They should, I think, highlight the products for sale to enhance them.

The delivery is not secure because the package is left in front of the door without me knowing. Yet I am at home to receive it.

I think you just need to pay a little more attention with the orders. For the first time, I ordered 4 products from topsygel from you on the 22nd of this month, instead of the serum you sent me the HT26 shower gel that I did not order. Since Monday when I received my package, I have been trying to contact you to resolve this problem, until today no response. I would really like you to find a solution for that, thank you for your understanding

I ordered 2 lightening milks and one of them was not good, no smell and no color I didn't like it, the other was rather original. I spent 75 pounds to only receive one good product. I will not buy anything from Ht26 again

The delivery time was good. However, I did not receive one of the products I ordered, I am not satisfied. It has already been 15 years since I have been using your products, and this is the only time I ordered online that I am missing a product. If I had received all the products, I would have given 5 stars. I hope you will do what is necessary for the missing item to be delivered to me or that I will be refunded.
