HT26 consistently delivers quick and reliable delivery, with packages arriving promptly and well packaged, and often including thoughtful gifts and samples that enhance the shopping experience. The product range and texture receive strong praise, with many reviewers noting effective results, hydration, radiance, and skin improvement from the HT26 line, including color-safe and skin-friendly formulations that suit fragile skin. Customer service and professionalism are highlighted as standout strengths, with responsive support, returns handled smoothly, and ongoing loyalty expressed by long-time users who value the range for its compatibility with their skin tone and needs. Overall, customers report satisfying purchases, positive experiences with fast delivery, and appreciation for gifts and the quality of the products.
Fairly well structured, navigation is quite smooth but I encounter some difficulties going back and returning to the previous point, very often the website sends me back to the starting point of the search. Not very convenient in my opinion.

Overall I received my order well, but I was just disappointed that I did not receive my 3 gifts due to the amount of my order and the fact that I was delivered to a relay point when it was supposed to be home delivery. I take away one star. Overall I am satisfied with HT26 products.

I received my order after 48 hours. Everything was very precise. I received my order with lots of gifts. In any case, I am satisfied. I have been using this product for almost 5 years. I find that it suits me and fits me very well. Thank you

Good site. For my last order, just a small complaint, the two small gifts announced and described on the invoice had nothing to do with those I received.

Quick shipping of my order during this quite special holiday period. Package well received, in a nice wrapping, I love the aesthetics of the boxes, very pretty. I will come back later to testify about the effectiveness of the products. Thank you

I would like to give an average rating but I can't since I received my order not exactly as I requested, I received an anti-spot lotion instead of the exfoliating shower gel. But Simon the delivery was very fast.

Beauty serum, with caviar extracts and action has unpleasant odors. The maximum concentration whitening cream is like milk and darker than before,

After using the entire topsygel range, the best product is the face lotion which greatly reduces acne and evens out the complexion, the milk is also not bad, difficult to absorb but effective, the complexion is uniform, it is a correcting milk that corrects imperfections very well. As for the brightening effect, it does not peel or whiten but really gives you a uniform complexion adapted to your original color.

Efficient and fast service. The only downside is relatively high shipping costs for an order under 100 euros. 10 euros for a 40 euro order seems expensive to me.
