After nearly 3 months of continuous use and two purchases. I can say that the products that were first recommended to me in-store by an advisor and repurchased online had no visible positive effects on my skin. I would not recommend. Sorry, too expensive for what it is!

The products are of good quality, but the delivery is too expensive. There should also be a loyalty card or collected points to choose a free product and occasional promotions.

I am disappointed because my package arrived open, one of the activating serums is missing since I ordered two. I sent a message to notify, unfortunately nothing has been done. Thank you. I am used to ordering online and receiving my package without fail.

Sometimes I receive different products than the items ordered, like now. Or I do not receive all my ordered items.

Response from HT26
Hello madam. We thank you for sharing your experience with HT26, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We always strive to work to your satisfaction. After contacting you, we confirm that the glycerin ordered was indeed out of stock, and we replaced it with glycerin that was equivalent to this one (both in terms of formula and price), with your agreement obtained during a subsequent phone conversation after sending your order. However, we acknowledge that we made a mistake regarding the Body Milk sent compared to what you received, and we confirm that it has been resent to you. If you need advice or various information, do not hesitate to contact us at +33668918825, +33140185100, or write to us by email at [email protected]. The HT26 team wishes you an excellent day.

Average delivery time with correct products. No long waits. Downside: website difficult to navigate. Please attach pictures alongside text when describing products in sets. Give the option to add a specific product found in the set without having to navigate the website all over again. This will encourage extra purchases within a set of products.

The cap of the aloe vera oil broke in less than 2 days. The body cream and soap are great but the oil is so-so.

Order for €115 just a small Wax soap as a gift and not even the card indicating the name of the person who prepared the package. The products are still good but the little attentions are starting to disappear.
