I received my order and I was so excited to open it only to start crying after realizing that one big bottle and small face toner were broken. I still don’t understand how HT26 didn’t put in anything to secure the bottles!! Poor packaging

I give them this rating because the postage was very good even though I received the coupon not to pay my postage because generally if you order something with no postage it takes weeks or even months but I was really surprised at the speed with which I received my package. Moreover, they honored the coupon.
