Navigation is sometimes difficult and on top of that your delivery fees are very expensive but I can understand Chronopost, but the relay should be free with a purchase of over 50€ the delivery should even be free with a big brand like HT26 but unfortunately, it does not encourage buying online from you, please look into this. THANK YOU

Navigating the website can be slightly challenging and I think translation can be better for those of us who do not understand French. My last delivery was perfect and on time.
