I was charged for delivery twice. Customer service is not clear about the delivery details.

Response from HT26 Published on 30/03/2023

Hello, How are we able to charge you for delivery twice when you are the sole holder of your payment methods? This is impossible. Even when this happens, we proceed with a refund, as people abroad may have difficulty paying immediately for security reasons. Due to persistent attempts, some payments may appear twice, provided that the second time is acknowledged by the bank. Best regards, The customer service ht26

It was my first experience, regarding the order, I am satisfied with the packaging but, regarding delivery, the customer service was not clear with me. They made me pay for delivery all included and then the customs fees too, yet I had asked the customer service representatives if I had to pay any other fees besides delivery and I was assured that I did not. So I am disappointed in that regard and also the mentioned gifts were not included but other unmentioned gifts. Thank you.

Hello Madam, In international trade, the law applies to everyone. However, when you buy from another continent, there are always customs fees that are the responsibility of the customer, which may be taken into account by your customs 1 time out of 20. If this is not your first order, know that these are things that happen to all consumers abroad governed by the customs of your country of residence. We do our best to avoid these inconveniences for you, but when it is imposed on you and us, we all endure it. Best regards, Customer service

Very satisfied. Soon already 3 years that I have been using the anti-spot milk from HT26. Honestly, I am more than happy to see how over time my skin is carefully clear and evenly with this milk. Really thank you HT26. I just reordered. I also love this exfoliating shower gel based on lemon and cedar that cleans my matte skin deeply. What can I say? I can only recommend these gems to women with matte skin like me
