I give 2 stars only because I like the brand's products but my bad rating is to wake up the customer service to whom I have written for a week about my last order with 4 emails that are still unanswered. Regarding the product, it is not the product I wanted so I have not used it, it is still packaged. I wanted another product that I had already bought at the pharmacy. 7€ cheaper than on the official site but I had no choice because it's a great product (the one I wanted) and I moved far from that pharmacy with it. So for this cream, I have nothing to say. And I am still waiting for a response from customer service regarding my order.

Error on the delivered products, however I received the correct item within 24 hours. Nevertheless, the customer service is deplorable.

I am still surprised not to find an invoice in my package that summarizes my order. I have to check my homemade list to make sure nothing is forgotten.

Usually your packages arrive in a box which I greatly appreciate. But this time you sent it to me in a bag that I unfortunately received in bad condition, I mean it was torn.

I did not get everything I ordered. The baby bathing soaps I ordered did not come and the eau de roulette came but was open and had spilled.

Since 2015 I have been using HT26 products, my skin is soft, I had stretch marks but they have disappeared. Sorry I don't know French very well. Clients like HT26 products as treatment for those who have used products with hydroquinone. Really we thank HT26 for offering quality products
