Response from HT26
Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.
We understand your disappointment, but we want to reassure you: the cream you received is strictly the same formula as the one you were using previously.

The slight difference in color or texture may appear from one batch to another, as our products are formulated without color stabilizers and with raw materials of natural origin. These variations are normal and do not affect the effectiveness, tolerance, or quality of the product.

We thank you for your understanding and remain at your disposal for any usage advice.

Response from HT26
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.

The effectiveness of a treatment depends on several factors: the regularity of use, the amount applied, the method of application, as well as the initial state of the skin and the products used previously. HT26 treatments work progressively and do not produce immediate effects.

It is essential to follow the recommended routine and to massage the product until complete penetration to allow for good absorption. A too short usage does not always allow for visible results.

For personalized support and to optimize results, our team is available at 06 68 91 88 25 or by email at [email protected].

We remain at your disposal.

I am not satisfied, I ordered a whitening booster and I don't see the whitening side, a bit disappointed

Response from HT26
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.

The whitening booster works progressively. It is important to use it regularly and to massage it well until complete penetration to optimize its effectiveness. Results are not immediate and require some time, depending on skin type and the history of previous treatments used.

We also remind you that this product is strictly intended for use on the body, and not on the face.

If you would like personalized advice on application or the routine best suited to your skin, our team is available at 06 68 91 88 25 or by email at [email protected].

We remain at your disposal.
