Efficient and fast service. The only downside is relatively high shipping costs for an order under 100 euros. 10 euros for a 40 euro order seems expensive to me.

I did not receive the scrab ordered. The scrab that was sent to me gives me bumps. Also, the body lotion I received has a weird color. Please resend my order. Thank you.

I just started a week ago. I was worried about the fragrance because of the pregnancy but it is pleasant. My skin is soft after a layer of cream. I am waiting for the result in a month. I do not regret it. Very good ointment.

For now, nothing to say, it's perfect! The delivery is fast and I really like the gifts that come with it, not to mention the catalogs :) . I also took products for my mom and I am waiting for her feedback :) . However, I did not receive my voucher :( HT26 I hope you will read me.

This is my second time making a big purchase on your website, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. When I validated my order online with an additional 36 euros to pay for DHL, I received a confirmation, then the next day I get a second email from HT26 with the purchase of only 1 item. So I had my cousin who lives in France call and explain to the manager the situation, she responded that it was too late because my order was separated and will be sent as is with extra shipping fees. She also sent me an email, talking like she was sorry but she wasn’t going to do anything about the situation as she stated. That was bad customer service, and I doubt that I will make future purchases. Sincerely yours. Ais
