My product (makeup base) was opened and the quantity reduced. A bit disappointed for the price I paid.

Response from HT26
Hello Madam,
Thank you for your understanding, the gifts are primarily complementary products to the order that will help contribute to the client's care result, and the choice is also made based on stock availability.
But whatever happens, we always offer more than what the client has chosen.
Best regards,
Customer service

Satisfied.
Order received quickly (3 days).
The products are carefully packaged.
Small downside, the packaging box with the content details and the inscriptions 'lightening products' leaves something to be desired. Personally, I would have preferred a neutral box.

Order received well, however I had requested a gift wrap with a note inside and the recipient received a simple package

Very good packaging, I received gifts afterwards for the effectiveness of the products too early to give an opinion

This is the second time I order the milk for my baby, it hydrates my son's skin well and gives him a nice complexion. However, the scent of the first bottle of cleansing milk is different from the second one I ordered recently. That's a shame!

very good as a milk range, cleans satin and clarifies the skin, very effective against depigmentation spots due to stripping oils....but does not whiten

Hello, I recently placed an order (170664) which I have indeed already received but the problem is that I cannot use my topsygel milk because when I press the product does not come out I have to open the bottle each time and it's annoying because I get it everywhere in the end

THANK YOU HT26 FOR THE FAST DELIVERY AND THE GIFTS. I HAVE KNOWN HT26 MILK FOR 15 YEARS AND IT IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CALMS MY HYPER ALLERGIC BODY. BUT I GIVE 4 STARS BECAUSE THE GIFTS OTHER THAN THE BB RANGE ARE ALL LIGHTENING AND I DID NOT FIND THIS POSITIVE BECAUSE THE BB MILK IS FOR ME. I AVOID ADULT PRODUCTS THAT DESTROY THE SKIN OF AFRICAN WOMEN. SO I CAN'T EVEN USE THESE GIFTS! I LOVE MY COMPLEXION AS AN AFRICAN AND I AM NOT COMPLEXED AT ALL SO THIS DE-PIGMENTATION PROPAGANDA DISAPPOINTED ME A LOT.

Order received on time but the way the delivery person handled it needs improvement. He rang the intercom, I opened, and he left the package in the elevator without notifying me, and I went down with my ID and my pen via the stairs.. And I waited in shock, finally I found the package in the elevator... A different way of delivering that I don't know. I'll know for next time. Thank you

Well packaged. I am eagerly awaiting the results because the products are a bit expensive and since I live in Canada, I had to pay customs fees again.

The delivery was frankly fast. I started using the product almost 5 days ago, I can't yet confirm the lightening aspect but I noticed that it softens the skin very well.

Very well received, good packaging, it seems to be good. Pleasant texture and they are good but it's only been a few days of use so it's too early to conclude anything
