The site itself is very good but they forget to include the gifts they offer and put others that have nothing to do with it. The soap and the bread are very good otherwise. Good smell but no results in terms of stains or evening out the complexion

I had a lot of trouble placing my order with the card. Payment error all the time. I had to pay more with PayPal because the conversion from dollars to euros with PayPal was a bit more expensive than with my bank.

I received the order, the products well packaged, to my surprise I got nice gifts, the delivery was one day late but I understand that it is a difficult time. The only problem is that I paid an additional amount of CAD 22.89 for import duties/taxes and customs fees. I contacted HT26 to try to find out why this is not mentioned to customers in advance, I have not received a response from HT26. If I cross the oceans to buy in France, it is because I am loyal to the brand and I expect it to be reciprocal. Since this is the first time this has happened, I am satisfied with the products received hoping for more clarity next time.

The body lotion (sensuality and optimism) disappointed because it is not moisturizing and has glitter which is annoying so I don't see myself using it much plus I have two of them meh apart from that the exfoliating gel with aloe is very good I recommend
