The products are of very good quality with good promotions. However, the delivery via Chronopost leaves something to be desired.

After just a week of use, my stains have started to diminish. It is a very good product. Only the carrot oil stains my pillows.

Response from HT26
Hello, Thank you very much for your positive feedback! We are delighted to learn that you notice an improvement in the harmony of your complexion. Regarding the carrot oil, it is indeed an extremely rich product in beta carotene, which gives it a very pronounced color. We advise you to massage well and let the product penetrate before going to bed. This will significantly reduce the risk of staining your sheets. Best regards. The ht26.com team

I had ordered the pack of 2 anti-stain lightening milks but you sent me lightening milk for fair skin

Response from HT26
Hello, We are sorry to hear that this has disturbed you a bit. Indeed, you have received the right product, the formula is still the same, but we have slightly changed the packaging, as we like our packaging to have a fresh look sometimes. This may certainly unsettle you, but don't worry, the Topsygel Brightening Milk still fights against the appearance of spots and works deeply to unify and illuminate your complexion, naturally. If you need information, feel free to contact us at 0668918825, we are at your complete disposal. Best regards. The ht26.com team

The delivery process to Ghana was difficult, after delivery on the website I had to pay customs duty
Translated reviews
Response from HT26
Hello, and thank you for your feedback. Shipping to Africa is very complicated when it comes to customs, and even impossible in some countries. Unfortunately, we can't do anything to avoid this hassle because we have no control over customs. Best regards. The ht26.com team
