This is my second time making a big purchase on your website, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. When I validated my order online with an additional 36 euros to pay for DHL, I received a confirmation, then the next day I get a second email from HT26 with the purchase of only 1 item. So I had my cousin who lives in France call and explain to the manager the situation, she responded that it was too late because my order was separated and will be sent as is with extra shipping fees. She also sent me an email, talking like she was sorry but she wasn’t going to do anything about the situation as she stated. That was bad customer service, and I doubt that I will make future purchases. Sincerely yours. Ais

Order received quite quickly, it's been 3 days since I started using the products from the range. The smell is quite pleasant and it's quite moisturizing, for the brightening side I will come back in a month to complete my review based on the results.

Your site needs an update. It is not modern at all and does not encourage buying.

It's a range that I already use, it's very good, there is a result within a week. It's just the stain action lotion that stings my face

But the shipping costs are excessive, from Paris to the Paris suburbs 9.99€ is too much compared to other online sales sites, which either offer free shipping or less than 5 euros!!! Yet the packages come from far away!

Package received well. Except that the gift shower gel is 20 ml, much smaller than the 50 ml mentioned. For the rest, it's perfect!!!

I was disappointed by your delivery person, he called me to say that he would arrive in 4 minutes, and I went out to wait outside, and I waited 15 minutes, he was not there yet, when he arrived he gave me a package that was not mine, he apologized, and he went to look for my package in his truck, he left me waiting for another 8 minutes in the rain to find my package, I was annoyed, it didn't matter anymore, after the product, 3 days after using it on my child, I still haven't seen the effect I was waiting for, that's all
