Searching for products on the site is convenient as well as fast delivery. I also want to highlight an improvement and special care for the packaging of the products that arrive without leaks (thank you Eymath). As for the effectiveness of the milk and glycerin Lotion, I will give an opinion after use.

I ordered 2 boxes and only received one! The service is slow, and they are incompetent in managing order-related issues. The ranges are less effective than before. I do not recommend.

Response from HT26
Hello Madam, I tried to reach you by phone without success. You ordered on September 14 at 2:50 PM, you were delivered on the 16th at 2 PM, we do our best on that side. If there was a preparation error, we are sorry, please contact us at 01 40 18 51 00 and ask for the person who prepared your order (you have their name on the card received in the package) at [email protected]. Thank you

I received my entire range, but I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered the entire VITALITY range, and I got a mix of everything, knowing that I can only stand the smell of the vitality range. I called as soon as I received my order and was told that it was because the vitality range is out of stock. Yes, that's true, but the least they could have done was to call me to inform me or send me an email instead of taking the liberty to send me what they thought was good. Anyway.

I love your products but I am a bit disappointed with the price increase with each new order, not to mention the customs fees which are not negligible. Berlin also needs an HT26 shop. Best regards
