The package is too noticeable, make it more discreet or pack it in a neutral box.
Otherwise, speed and an extra gift is great!

I am happy to know that there is an entity that is dedicated seriously to the service of black skin with effective products like the multi-lightening cream pot since I have been using this cream the hard water no longer whitens my skin even after several washes during the day no need for hand cream it works. Bravo

Hello,
We thank you for your comment.
I will guide you point by point so that you can navigate more easily on our website.
Indeed, we offer you to find your products either by brand (by scrolling the list), or by the product name (by simply entering a word or the full name) or thanks to a solution to a problem (which will offer you a set of products that can solve your particularity).
These sections are available at the top of the site on the homepage.
You can also find our different ranges on the homepage, HT26, White Essence, Lotion 90, Topsygel, Preparation and Prescription.
The makeup and hair sections are spread across other tabs, always visible on the homepage.
In each product range, items are sorted by body parts or type of product to facilitate your search.
For example: brightening range, moisturizing range, facial care, body care, soap, scrub, etc.
But we remain at your disposal if your search is still not successful after this.
Best regards

Hello, a bad rating because the ordered products were sent in an oversized box without padding for the bottles that clinked loudly. This alerted the carrier who opened the package with a cutter. Upon delivery nothing was missing but seeing the box cut like that was shocking and does not encourage ordering again.

Hello,
We thank you for your comment.
It is thanks to reviews like yours that we seek to improve to avoid any dissatisfaction from our customers upon receiving their package.
Regarding the size of the box, the reason is the stock available at the time of your order.
But we want to apologize because this should not happen, you were entirely right to point it out to us.
We nevertheless regret your decision not to recommend on our website anymore.
Please know that this situation will not happen again.
Best regards

I placed an order recently and to my great surprise, 2 weeks later, I received a customs fee invoice accompanying my package, yet my previous order had no problem delivered after 7 days to Canada. Shocked, I contacted customer service who didn't even bother to reply to my email. Yet I already pay very high shipping fees (36 euros). I believe you should at least arrange not to charge additional fees to your customers for shipments abroad. I am disappointed with HT26 service. A. Such a large company that has a poor service. While I liked your products. But if I have to pay 36 euros in shipping fees and customs fees, I find that a lot, so I prefer to stop using your products. Furthermore, I find that you do not have a customer retention policy. Thank you.
