Deliveries by Chronopost are completely whimsical. This contract should be terminated and/or also offer shipments by Colissimo. Except in exceptional cases, the shipments of your products have no urgency. A range of experiences with Chronopost, for HT26 packages: *closed relay point or no longer accepting these packages, while I go check on site the opposite *contradictory information between the tracking on the Internet and the voicemail *saturated call number due to the excessively high number of complaints. Save money by terminating this contract!

Hello, I love HT26 products but you change the composition very often and it is very inconvenient for us customers, especially me because I don't know what to expect with each order. Each time the milk is different either by color, texture, or effect on the skin. I don't have time to go to the store, I do all my shopping online and I would like to be satisfied at least a little. Thank you

Fast delivery, well-packaged products with the pleasure of receiving the little gifts that come with them. As for the use of my products, I have been using them for over 3 years, it's a shame they don't lighten the skin but they hydrate it.

Still and again this yellowish color that stains my sheets and clothes, despite my complaints.

Response from HT26
Hello Thank you for sharing your experience with HT26. We are sorry that you did not appreciate the color. Indeed, we could ensure that our products remain white, but that would involve adding preservatives to our formulas, which is against our ethics. Moreover, products that are prone to yellowing are not expired and are just as effective as the others. Thank you for your understanding Best regards The HT26 team

I am always satisfied with my orders at HT26. But I regret the lack of follow-up regarding my order from my birthday month where I should have received a 10% discount that I never got. Despite my report and several attempts with the code.

The products are very good and effective. But I did not like the delivery criteria. On the site, it is said that delivery is free for purchases over $100. I ordered for more than $200 and I paid the shipping fees. In addition, once the products were in Canada, I had to pay customs fees to DHL.

Hello, I have always been satisfied except for my last order, the milk is not of good quality, it is a milk that I have been using for years and this time it is darker, more liquid and even the smell I do not recognize at all. I sent a complaint email and so far no response from you. What to do? Otherwise, for the rest of the products I am very satisfied as always.

I love my products and the packaging was great. My only problem is the exaggerated amount of shipping. Shipping is supposed to be free for a certain amount of orders. I ordered about 3 different sets costing about $350. Why should I pay for shipping? Sometimes I want to refill my products but when I think of shipping I change my mind

I love most of the HT26 products I used but will say that some are too expensive and shipping is also exaggerated because sometimes I need just 2 products for refill but the shipping cost won't let me buy.
