Hello, I love HT26 products but you change the composition very often and it is very inconvenient for us customers, especially me because I don't know what to expect with each order. Each time the milk is different either by color, texture, or effect on the skin. I don't have time to go to the store, I do all my shopping online and I would like to be satisfied at least a little. Fast delivery, well-packaged products with the pleasure of receiving the little gifts that come with them. As for the use of my products, I have been using them for over 3 years, it's a shame they don't lighten the skin but they hydrate it.

I am a bit disappointed with the shade of the foundation powder the shade is not lighter than the ruby lisa the advisor could have told me I explained my search to her I can still use it I will try an even lighter shade next time

I am always satisfied with my orders at HT26. But I regret the lack of follow-up regarding my order from my birthday month where I should have received a 10% discount that I never got. Despite my report and several attempts with the code.

The products are very good and effective. But I did not like the delivery criteria. On the site, it is said that delivery is free for purchases over $100. I ordered for more than $200 and I paid the shipping fees. In addition, once the products were in Canada, I had to pay customs fees to DHL.

I love my products and the packaging was great. My only problem is the exaggerated amount of shipping. Shipping is supposed to be free for a certain amount of orders. I ordered about 3 different sets costing about $350. Why should I pay for shipping? Sometimes I want to refill my products but when I think of shipping I change my mind
