I am satisfied with my order. I had to buy this milk because the one I usually use is out of stock. Delivery was quite fast.

I placed my order just before August 15. The site informed me that it would be processed on August 16. Which was done. Extremely fast delivery. Thank you!

Nothing to report on the navigation on the site. However, very disappointed, when placing the order it was announced that delivery would be free from a certain amount. My order was above that amount but I was charged delivery fees.

I am not very happy, Among the ordered products, I ended up with two products that I never ordered.
I received two whitening soaps instead of two gold and argan soaps.
I would like to know what to do.
Knowing that I live in Canada, shipping and customs fees are still very expensive.

I use it after my shower and my skin is soft and satin. I highly recommend this milk in addition to the repairing serum. Which is applied daily.

Navigation is sometimes difficult and on top of that your delivery fees are very expensive but I can understand Chronopost, but the relay should be free with a purchase of over 50€ the delivery should even be free with a big brand like HT26 but unfortunately, it does not encourage buying online from you, please look into this. THANK YOU

I have no problem with HT26, but the shipping costs are 10 euros for express delivery, but I have already reported more than 2 times that I always receive my order 4 to 5 days or even 6 days after my order, I don't find that fair, that's my problem today.

Hello, our average delivery times are 24 hours when you order before 10 am, 48 hours when you order after 10 am. Delivery times are longer for people living more than 500 km from Paris like you because there are several factors, including transport-related uncertainties, distance, and connections. Thank you for understanding this. Thank you for your feedback, and we do our best to bring you closer to us through fast delivery. Best regards, Eym from customer service.

I loved both gifts.
There was a delay in delivery, but the personalized tracking notifications of the package were rewarding.

The product is good but not for me because I had a really horrible reaction on my face, it does not suit me at all, it cost me a lot anyway but well.
I hope to be refunded at least half.
