The delivery man was very ok I'm so friendly I did not have a problem with the man I only have a problem with ht26 for sending me water as a cream is very bad of them. The first time I order cream online it was like the one I but in Paris the second time the same, but the six I ordered about 3 weeks ago everything is just like water please I need my money back or you send me another good cream like the first time

Very poorly designed site. Moreover, it does not respect the condition regarding free delivery from 100 euros. When reporting the malfunction, HT26 absolves itself and accuses you of having made a mistake rather than trying to improve its content.
