Glycerin has a different texture than before, did you change the composition?

I used the stain action milk with carrot oil and I noticed that after 3 weeks I have small white spots on my skin. I am worried because several white spots have appeared. I am disappointed.

Order received with an incorrect item and it took a week to get a response on the issue even though I sent an email and called several times. The item was received well afterwards... but still, it was not a very good experience

After nearly 3 months of continuous use and two purchases. I can say that the products that were first recommended to me in-store by an advisor and repurchased online had no visible positive effects on my skin. I would not recommend. Sorry, too expensive for what it is!

Sometimes I receive different products than the items ordered, like now. Or I do not receive all my ordered items.

Order for €115 just a small Wax soap as a gift and not even the card indicating the name of the person who prepared the package. The products are still good but the little attentions are starting to disappear.

Hello, the body lotion I received does not have the same effects as the one I received previously. That one made my skin yellow while the other gave me a clear white and hydrated complexion. Moreover, the massage oil that was part of the gifts was missing.

The site is no longer simple, clear, and easy for customers as before. - Unfortunately, the site has huge problems sending emails in case of forgetting the password for one's account. - The online support to recover the account was okay on the second attempt resulting in the recovery of the account.

I pay for delivery but I have to go pick it up kilometers away. What a shame!!!

Hello, I love HT26 products but you change the composition very often and it is very inconvenient for us customers, especially me because I don't know what to expect with each order. Each time the milk is different either by color, texture, or effect on the skin. I don't have time to go to the store, I do all my shopping online and I would like to be satisfied at least a little. Thank you

the ointment and scrub irritate my face it made my face like old skin.

Still and again this yellowish color that stains my sheets and clothes, despite my complaints.

Pitiful service

I am not very happy, Among the ordered products, I ended up with two products that I never ordered.
I received two whitening soaps instead of two gold and argan soaps.
I would like to know what to do.
Knowing that I live in Canada, shipping and customs fees are still very expensive.

Navigation is sometimes difficult and on top of that your delivery fees are very expensive but I can understand Chronopost, but the relay should be free with a purchase of over 50€ the delivery should even be free with a big brand like HT26 but unfortunately, it does not encourage buying online from you, please look into this. THANK YOU

The topsygel milk I ordered arrived with a different color than the one I usually use.

I would like you to further improve customer service, since the products cost us a sum to achieve the goal of a good shade, but personally noticing that you sent me the Beauty capsules already nearing expiration curiously it was a product that was not on my order instead it was vitality capsules... and I made a complaint to not have a favorable response and I am the one who bears the loss since this product is expired, I was not satisfied and your service was unable to restore my rights, moreover for my daughter's topsygel range there was almost nothing of the serum but it's a bit disappointing, I always place orders over 900€ but I do not expect dissatisfaction improve your services by checking the products and not substituting one product for another thank you.

One of the products had no labels there is a traceability problem.

DHL is excessively expensive. Please offer other less costly options.

I give 2 stars only because I like the brand's products but my bad rating is to wake up the customer service to whom I have written for a week about my last order with 4 emails that are still unanswered. Regarding the product, it is not the product I wanted so I have not used it, it is still packaged. I wanted another product that I had already bought at the pharmacy. 7€ cheaper than on the official site but I had no choice because it's a great product (the one I wanted) and I moved far from that pharmacy with it. So for this cream, I have nothing to say. And I am still waiting for a response from customer service regarding my order.

Error on the delivered products, however I received the correct item within 24 hours. Nevertheless, the customer service is deplorable.

The site is extremely slow regardless of the device I use and the place where I consult it.

Quite disappointed by the whitening milk bottle with glutathione

Usually your packages arrive in a box which I greatly appreciate. But this time you sent it to me in a bag that I unfortunately received in bad condition, I mean it was torn.

I did not get everything I ordered. The baby bathing soaps I ordered did not come and the eau de roulette came but was open and had spilled.

I am disappointed because I have been using the white essence transparency cream since 2012 and I realize that it is no longer the same, the smell has changed, the color as well, it was white and smelled good.
