Package arrived late

I did not receive the entirety of my package, one product was missing

My last order at Ht26 did not satisfy me because I ordered 3 items and only received 2, so I would like you to send me the rest, namely a pack of 5 Marseille soaps.

I tried the glutathione and essence range, they are good.

The delivery is a bit long and I am not satisfied.

There is no list of ingredients for the products on the site, so it does not make you want to order a product whose composition you totally ignore,

Poor communication maintenance and customer service not very pleasant

The site is not practical

Very fast delivery but I do not recommend this product. I spent nearly 40€ on a product that after 2 days of use caused me an allergic reaction.

With each order the argan cream changes color. I do not understand

I received my order, one of the products was broken. I took a photo and made a complaint but I encountered a salesperson who is not at all attentive and does not care about customer satisfaction.

I received an open bottle and the gel was leaking it seems that I was sold a broken bottle. Not very satisfied

The products are good but the marketing is not honest. During the order, they make you believe that you will receive certain products for free but the photos are different from reality. You receive tiny samples instead.

The delivery was fine, but there was no invoice in the box, the HT26 catalog was crumpled in the box, which makes it uninviting to read.

No gift was in the package. That's how we test other products.

I received my order with 1 of the 3 large plastic bottles shattered at the base, due to very light packaging.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PACKAGING:
Outer corrugated cardboard 2 mm thick
Top and bottom foam plate 4 mm
Each bottle wrapped in cellophane
Nothing to stabilize the bottles, which barely occupy half the volume.
Under these conditions, if the package was jostled at all, it is not surprising that a bottle arrived shattered!
Thanks to the cellophane, only part of the contents leaked into the cardboard, so the leak was not visible from the outside when I received the package at the relay point.
My email sent upon receipt - 3 working days ago - to the webmaster of ht26, accompanied by a photo of the damage, has gone unanswered. I hope for at least a refund for the shattered bottle.

The first shipment was lost and it cost me a lot to call. The second shipment took 4 days to receive.

Hello, Order received, but not the right product! Given the reviews from other comments for the product ordered and received another. I didn't want to call, I had ordered a soap and received a small jar of cream. Nothing to do with what I ordered. Better to go to the store to buy. I do not recommend the internet!

I am disappointed because my order was not delivered in full and is not compliant. One box of relaxer is missing (2 ordered). Customer service unreachable! The delivered hair cream is not the one ordered! And no one informs you of this change!

Very poorly designed site. Moreover, it does not respect the condition regarding free delivery from 100 euros. When reporting the malfunction, HT26 absolves itself and accuses you of having made a mistake rather than trying to improve its content.

Acceptable for now.

I ordered 2 lightening milks and one of them was not good, no smell and no color I didn't like it, the other was rather original. I spent 75 pounds to only receive one good product. I will not buy anything from Ht26 again

The products are more expensive on the site than in stores.

I had to cancel my order due to incorrect information on the site regarding the shipping costs of my package to Ajaccio. 7.90€ instead of 19€ as I was told later while I was patiently waiting for my product.

I bought these products because I hate makeup and I would like to have something to clean my skin. But the application of the oil on the skin is really unpleasant, especially because of its smell.

I had never had anything to complain about the orders but this last one was unfortunately lamentable. An order that was not respected and a customer service that despite attempts to contact by phone and email remains nonexistent.

The shipping cost at ht26 is too excessive.
