The texture of the milk I received this time is liquid while the last time it was condensed. The milk is not effective even with the serum. The products are packaged in a ton of plastic film, no worries for the environment.

The lipstick does not last long at all

Because I have soaps and shower gels without instructions and in what order to use them, I am waiting to find the method and the order to follow to apply the body oils, soaps, shower gels, soaps ordered...

My product (makeup base) was opened and the quantity reduced. A bit disappointed for the price I paid.

I find the delivery fees too high!!!!

First, navigation on the site is not smooth and more complex on mobile. Delivery without issue. Then, satisfaction is half because I did not receive the box as it is presented on your site and I had to claim a missing product. Also, I never received the small mirror. Finally, customer service is reactive, but does not really engage with customers.

I am not happy with the maximum day face cream, it gave me a lot of pimples on my face, not nice to see, I am disgusted. It already happened with the first face cream and I changed to the one for 32€ which didn't change anything, on the contrary, it worsened. Please respond, I need your advice to remove the pimples and the oily skin it created for me

Incomplete order. I have always used the ht26 range which I love. It gives me a clean and radiant complexion. But for my first order on the site, I am disappointed. I ordered the preparation range and the night cream is missing. After several calls and emails, no response from customer service. Nor from Samuel who asked me to send him a photo of all the products received. I recommend the range but not ordering on the site. I did not have a good experience, I hope you will fix this and send me my night cream, I paid for it, I remind you.

I am generally satisfied with the orders and the service. I usually spend a lot of money on orders from Paris to ensure I receive authentic products after visiting the store in Paris last year. But my positive experience was not as positive this time and I am considering changing my products. I am not satisfied because this is the second time I order and what is offered to me as a gift is not what I receive. For example, you announce offering a spa treatment instead of that I receive body butter and 2 small tubes of toothpaste and 1 small tube of hand cream. I find that this is a misleading announcement you make.

I find that online prices are higher than buying in-store. For the quality of the product, it's still being tested. Shipping cost too high for a purchase of 74 euros.

Nice packaging and very efficient in delivery, but the product is no longer as effective as before. I recommended Ht26 to people who bought the product but they tell me it's a shame. Expensive product but no effect.

This is my second time making a big purchase on your website, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. When I validated my order online with an additional 36 euros to pay for DHL, I received a confirmation, then the next day I get a second email from HT26 with the purchase of only 1 item. So I had my cousin who lives in France call and explain to the manager the situation, she responded that it was too late because my order was separated and will be sent as is with extra shipping fees. She also sent me an email, talking like she was sorry but she wasn’t going to do anything about the situation as she stated. I received my entire range, but I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered the entire VITALITY range, and I got a mix of everything, knowing that I can only stand the smell of the vitality range. I called as soon as I received my order and was told that it was because the vitality range is out of stock.
