Hello, a bad rating because the ordered products were sent in an oversized box without padding for the bottles that clinked loudly. This alerted the carrier who opened the package with a cutter. I placed an order recently and to my great surprise, 2 weeks later, I received a customs fee invoice accompanying my package, yet my previous order had no problem delivered after 7 days to Canada. Shocked, I contacted customer service who didn't even bother to reply to my email. Yet I already pay very high shipping fees (36 euros). I believe you should at least arrange not to charge additional fees to your customers for shipments abroad. I am disappointed with HT26 service. A. Such a large company that has a poor service. I received my package after 1 month of waiting. The order was in a box almost completely torn, the products were not even protected and others had already broken packaging.
The lid of the baby milk was broken.

Hello,
I received my package today, but I am really disappointed with the delay and especially the quality of the product.
The milk is different! It is lighter than usual and its smell is less strong; it seemed like a mixture of the original and another substance. Even the packaging (the bottle that contains the milk and the writings) is different. I am very disappointed about this.
Regarding the delivery, excuse me, but I think that for €36 in shipping costs, packages should be delivered within the maximum 10 days you specify during the order. Mine always arrive after 3 weeks.
I sincerely hope that these remarks will be addressed or will not recur with the next order because it is not reasonable at all.
