I just received my products so it's too early to evaluate. The packaging is neat and the products smell strong, I don't appreciate that too much. We'll see over time for effectiveness.

I had difficulties accessing the site for several days and my code derived from accumulated points was expiring. I was disappointed!!! After alerting the staff by email, I received a response after several days. Fortunately, I was able to use my code. It's a shame that the codes are not cumulative, as the discount rates are so low, at least everyone has their own business policy. Otherwise, my products always arrive and shipping costs remain considerable but that does not depend on HT26.
