The site is reliable. At first, I had doubts but I thought nothing ventured, nothing gained. I want to try and I sat in front of my computer to place my order.

I have been subscribed to HT26 for several years. The service is always top-notch! I have beautiful skin, all the ranges I use suit me wonderfully (gold and argan, topsy gel, white essence, caviar). I rotate these ranges because it renews the glow and suppleness of my skin each time. To all those who read me, I recommend this product. I trust HT26 products... You are the Best forever!!! Always be shiny and feel your beauty guys!!!!

The site is nice.
But the description of the ranges needs to be improved according to customer needs. For example, I am a new customer and I have dark skin and I wanted a range to brighten my skin but not lighten it. The problem is that there are many products on the site and we get lost. The first range I bought on the site did not really meet my expectations. I even got pimples when I didn't have any before. Currently, I bought the repairing range that I will test.
In short, it would be good to define the products by type of needs

Hello.
We thank you for your comment.
Your opinion is very useful to us.
We will try to clarify in response to your comment, otherwise do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone to get personalized advice before proceeding with the purchase.
The products are classified by range on the site.
If the names of the ranges do not help you find your way, you have the option to search for a product or a range according to your skin type.
Indeed, at the top of the site, the search bar "a solution to a problem" allows you to select your problem and get the different products to use to solve it.
In your case, we recommend using the White Essence range to reveal the glow of your complexion, hence the term "lightening".
Moreover, know that your results will be visible from 3 to 4 weeks by having a complete range and using it daily.
We remain reachable during the opening hours of your HT26 Paris store.
Best regards

Hello Mrs. Nnemi Ndzana,
Thank you for your comment.
The expected delivery time for France is 2 to 3 days.
If this time has been exceeded, unfortunately, the postman encountered a difficulty, which lengthens the delivery time.
If the problem arises again during your next order, do not hesitate to contact us to locate your package.

My order was delivered late and the products were poorly packaged. The protective film for the maximum brightening soaps was torn, the exfoliating soap had cracks in places and was not closed. And what about the gifts? It was not what I had chosen and one of the soaps was moldy. My order was not prepared with care and when I called on Monday, October 8 at 10:20, I was faced with the arrogance of my interlocutor who bluntly told me 'we are not obliged to give you gifts and we give you what we have.' I am very disappointed.

I like it, even though I find that the quality of the gifts offered does not vary, for a person who places an order every month, receiving the same knitted cap or beanie each time is strange, I would much prefer real care gifts, but top quality of service, nothing to say
