Fast delivery of course, but the packaging of the Glutathione cream needs to be reviewed, I received it opened with an unimaginable amount of cream taken, disregarding hygiene rules and respect for the customer.

I just bought the products, so I'm still testing! I still noticed that the smell of the cream is not pleasant! The shower gel, on the other hand, smells super good. I will come back to give my opinion on the effectiveness of the products in a month!

Hello. The order was delivered quickly and everything was okay and thank you for the gift. However, you cannot ask someone incessantly to give an opinion after the day of receipt when they have not even tested the products and therefore have not observed any changes. I find that it is not sincere, that is why I give three stars because YOU ARE PRESSURING ME A LITTLE TOO MUCH.

Shipping is too expensive. Shipping should be free if a customer spends above €100. I spent nearly €200 but still had to pay €20 for shipping to Ireland which is too much.

Three stars because I switched from glutathione lotion to white essence. I have been a loyal customer to HT26 but it seems the glutathione lotion formula has been changed. The color of the lotion is white instead of yellow. The new glutathione lotion just made me darker and attempts to reach ht26 are futile because they do not follow up and don’t seem to communicate in English. I am so upset because I’ve wasted my money having two glutathione lotions I can’t use. I’m truly disappointed as I’ve been a loyal customer for years.

Even when this happens, we proceed with a refund, as people abroad may have difficulty paying immediately for security reasons. It was my first experience, regarding the order, I am satisfied with the packaging but, regarding delivery, the customer service was not clear with me. They made me pay for delivery all included and then the customs fees too, yet I had asked the customer service representatives if I had to pay any other fees besides delivery and I was assured that I did not. So I am disappointed in that regard and also the mentioned gifts were not included but other unmentioned gifts. Thank you.
