I am satisfied with my products delivery also very fast. But your story about the gift is just bluff just the massage oil which was true as a gift, the shower gel I didn't see yet you mentioned it among the gifts

Missing photos on the site

I ordered 2 products. The order has still not been received after 3 weeks and after 2 phone calls, the order is resent but partially. I called again and I am still waiting for confirmation. I am still waiting for the delivery of the second product!

I did not receive any order confirmation message, no communication with customer service and the delivery was made 1 week later. I think you need to improve your website.

Hello, Following my last order.. I was supposed to receive as a gift a travel-sized shower gel and a spa treatment.. I did not receive the shower gel in my box is this normal... Also you give discount vouchers for a very short time without taking into account the fact that a customer who buys a range of products is supposed to finish it before placing another order.. The discount voucher for a duration of a few days after purchase has no interest.. The formula discount voucher on the next purchase for a customer who takes the boxes continuously would be more appropriate and more attractive like.. Otherwise, it’s better not to give anything.. I have received discount vouchers 3 times already that I have not used.. because valid from a certain purchase amount.. Good reading Regards

I had small red bumps and I stopped. I paid 60€ more to get this product for 17€. If you have a representative in Norway it would be better. Thank you

I thought the products should be hermetically sealed but some liquid was outside it seemed the products were opened. Body lotion shower gel
