Hello, soon when a customer orders your products, take the time to provide them with a mode or a guide on how and when to use each product... or even to better guide the customers, give the mode and the order in which they should or can use the products. In my case, I don't know how and in what order to use the different soaps and oils I ordered because all the products are soaps and shower gels... the oils are body oils... here is the difficulty I am currently facing, I am waiting to know how and in what order to use them.

Fast and efficient service. Just review the payment customs fees by the customer considering the already high delivery fees. Some companies in Europe offer free delivery from a certain purchase amount and also cover customs fees. No hard feelings, from Canada.

I give 3 stars because I received the package well but the essential oil and the lotion, although well packaged, spilled in the packaging and I find the HT26 scrub too small and it seemed to me that it was given with a scrubbing glove that I did not receive. Please include instructions in English for customers outside France. I usually pay 19 euros and delivery comes within 48 hours. This time you charged me 25 euros and it took you 1 whole week to deliver. Is this a fair service?

Product and service very good. Just one problem with the site that is always malfunctioning. Impossible to log in with your account. Forced to create an additional account every time. It is also impossible to deselect a gift that you do not want. It's a shame it ends up in the trash for nothing. If we could choose between a gift or a discount, that would be ideal.

I find that delivery remains expensive, it should be free for loyal customers, as my wife has been using your products for 15 years, but no loyalty gesture, apart from the samples she throws away with each order!!
