I order several times a year and unlike other sites, you do not make offers and do not provide discount coupons for your loyal customers. Plus, I order from London.
It would be nice to have discounts from time to time.

The only drawback I noticed is that the listed gifts are not always present in the box upon delivery of the order. For example, often out of 3 mentioned gifts, we only find 1 or 2 in the box with the order, often even nothing.
