I order several times a year and unlike other sites, you do not make offers and do not provide discount coupons for your loyal customers. Plus, I order from London.
It would be nice to have discounts from time to time.

Hello Mrs. Adeogun,
We thank you for your comment.
We offer loyalty points to thank you.
These points are earned for every 100 euros spent, and they can then be converted into discount vouchers to be used during a given period on your orders.
Go to your account, then to 'my loyalty points', then to 'convert my loyalty points into discount vouchers'.
Best regards,
Prysca

The only drawback I noticed is that the listed gifts are not always present in the box upon delivery of the order. For example, often out of 3 mentioned gifts, we only find 1 or 2 in the box with the order, often even nothing.

Hello Mrs. Naminata,
We thank you for your comment.
The travel-sized products are always offered based on your purchase.
Depending on the amount of your order, you always have 1 or 2 travel-sized products.
Additionally, if we are out of stock of hats at the time of your order, we offer you travel-sized products as well as brightening wipes.

I received quite a few gifts, the delivery is fast which is interesting but during transport, care should be taken not to shake the packages too much because among the gifts I had a small bottle of soap that was half open and I had the contents of the box all wet. Thank you

It’s a very effective site, has a lot of information on their products. And if one has a doubt about any product they want to use, you have a doctor who is willing to assist you at any level.

Response from HT26 Published on 31/05/2018

Hello Mrs. Kohler,
We thank you for your comment.
We are delighted to count you among our most valued customers and to have been able to satisfy you with our HT26 products.
You are currently using the Preparation range for your body and face.
To also treat your feet and hands, I recommend a hand cream and a foot cream since you already have a body cream.
We are currently offering a hand cream + a foot cream Topsygel for 27 euros.
